Cminant: Какие речевые движки у Вас установлены в системе? Похоже на сбой из-за мусора в ключе реестра "Language" движков Loquendo (для них в KooBAudio встроена проверка при запуске, но возможно есть и другие движки с этой ошибкой.) подробнее в старой теме: http://koobaudio.borda.ru/?1-2-20-00000000-000-0-0#000.001.001.001
